I need to clone and store my current drive image in case of a drive crash I have a fairly large image and I "do not" want to have to rebuild it and re-install many programs etc. I just wanted something I could wipe the disk if it is not bad and if so replace with a new one and download the existing stored image. Hopefully I will be back up and running soon. I have not found this version nearly as easy as the one I first used to create a clone when I was using windows xp. I tried last night loading the 2016 version and went to clone tool in the installed program on the computer. Issue was it only gave me 1 choice to copy the image too. I want to copy it to my network maxtor drive for sage keeping when I need it. Any one know how to find the browse to point it to the maxtor drive to clone the image to. Maybe clone is not the correct tool to accomplish this image backup? Thanks ahead.
