Good day,

I have two hand held devices that are running Window 10. I have been a long time owner of all the different versions of Acronis and 2016 promised to work with Windows 10 so I purchased 3 licenses and created images of both of the devices.

I can create the restore images just fine, I have created an image directly to a Flash drive, as well as a Secure digital card installed into the device and an external magnetic HDD. But I can no restore the image under any method. I have attempted the normal restore process as well as using the external Bootable CD rom, but in each case, the screen will flash for a second, and then go right back into Windows 10. I have also changed the boot order to boot straight into Acronis, but that option just flashes a black screen over and over again. Does anyone have a device with similar hardware, or attempted to restore a SSD like this before and found a solution?
