Failed to check last version of backup

Thread needs solution

Hello,

 

I have been refusing to use this software for so long as it can never ever find backup file No 1 and so on.

I have been delaying it for so long in using this software because I just cant trust it and since purchase never worked well.

All settings are default- the only thing i have done is specified the folders/drives i want to backup and the destination.

Backup Sceme is Incremental

I have just tried to do a backup again and this is the error i get if I try recover my files or recover disks!
