Thread needs solution

Yesterday I accidently interrupted a backup by rebooting the pc. TI showed me it would terminate the backup, which it supposedly did successfully -- the pc rebooted.

Since then the TIMonitor icon in the taskbar is red and tooltips the msg shown in the subject. TI can be started, but does no longer recognize the source disk (which is the boot disk -- 2 SSD in a raid0 (which is why I do incremental backups every four hours)

This error seems to have been frequent in TI2012 and snapapi.dll seems to have been the cuplprit. Now, in my case at least, snapapi seems to be where they belong (see attached search screenshot).

Any ideas how I can get this working again without reinstalling TI?

Hi daPeda,

The issue indeed can be related to the SnapAPI drivers that are responsible fro the correct HDD detection in the program.

In order to resolve the issue plese contact our Support Team and request the latest SnapAPI drivers.

Alternatively you can reinstall completely the program.
