Failed to read from sector... failed to read the snapshot..

I am using Acronis True Image 2016, build 5634, Windows 10. I have made a full backup without problems, but took very long (more than 2 days). Since then I make incremental backups. Now I get messages about failing to read from sector... and failed to read the snapshot 0x10C45A CRC error (0x100155). I have run chkdsk, but no errors were found. What to do now?

Your error indicates that you have a bad or failing hard drive.  The error also indicates that there are bad sectors on the hard disk.  These may be repairable but keep in mind that doing so can result in data loss.  I recommend using the hard drive manufacturers tools utility to correct these issues.  You can find these on the manufacturer support site.  Windows chkdsk can be used but manufacturer tools are usually better.
