Failed to start Acronis Nonstop Backup session

Thread needs solution

hi,

after using my backup jobs for some months without any issues, now I get an error message "Failed to start Acronis Nonstop Backup session / 0x006400C8+0x0064023B+0x01030002+0x01030001".

In fact, the job is defined as "daily backup", not as a nonstop backup! It runs every hour.

What is the reason for this error message?

I hope someone can help me! Thanks in advance!

Kurt, please see KB document: 32417: Acronis True Image: Troubleshooting Nonstop Backup which may help with investigating this problem.

Please also download a copy of the Log File Viewer app and check for any messages that might be given in the logs, you can select the Non Stop backup logs from the Log Type menu option.
