Failure to connect

Thread needs solution

Since the last 24 hours I have been getting a message when launching Acronis True Image 2016:-

Failed to connect to Acronis server.

I have checked all my internet connecteions and everyting else works fine.

Any ideas please?

Hi Stephen Carter,

This problem might be related to the closed TCP/IP ports on your computer that don't allow the connection to our servers.

Use this utility to find out if anything is blocking your connection. If it does, the utility will give a corresponding Knowledge base article.
