Failure on start

Thread needs solution

I am trying to install acronis TI 2016 on a computer with Windows 10. After install, I start the application. The main window asks me for login and password. I type my Acronis Account login and PW and the window start searching without success. The only thing I can do is to shut the main window and if I start again I arrive directly on the connexion window and I cannot do anything even enter another account info. Please help

You should try to logon to your Acronis account via a web browser directly on the Support site to insure you have connection to the logon server. If that succeeds and you are still unable to logon in the product contact Support using the contact features found on the Support site. Live Chat is quite useful.

Make sure that the sync service is running. Then start the app and go to the sync tab. Log on there. See if that solves your issue. It solved mine, as I typically stop the sync and nonstop backup services. You can still stop the sync service after a successful logon from the startup login.
