Functionality of ATI Cloud at subscription expiry

Thread needs solution

Understanding what happens to ATI Cloud backups at the expiry of the subscription period, how does this impact the functionality of the ATI product from that point on? Does ATI Cloud cease to function full stop or fall back to being the standard ATI but without cloud functionality?

Any backup images created in your cloud will be automatically deleted after a delay period, after which you may get a nag about the cloud, especially if you had enabled the sync function, otherwise all works as a standard ATI would.

I had a trial subscription that I used just to see what Sync would do but decided that given the large amounts of data that would be needed to be uploaded to the cloud and the time this would take, that I would not continue beyond the trial period.

I have been using ATI 2016 with just my local and network drives without issue after the cloud subscription ended.  Just got a couple of emails advising of the deletion of my cloud data.

Thanks. Why couldn't Acronis simply state that the Cloud product reverts to the standard product at the expiry of a subscription.
