suppose i run ATI 2016 on Windows 7 in mbr format can i install image of Windows 8.1 made on the same pc that i've done on gpt partition and if i can i will obtain Windows 8.1 on gpt partition

They would have to be locate on different physical disk drive as GPT or MBR applies to an entire disk, not just a partition. To multi-boot the system you may need to run the Win 8.1 DVD and go into Recovery so that both Win 7 and Win 8.1 can bee booted.

Depending on the motherboard 'BIOS' you may be able to change the OS that boots at boot-up. On ASRock main board you do this with the F11 key. I have done the same thing on an old Gigabyte main board.

I recommend against any type of multiboot in a UEFI system. Users whom attempt this are going to find that there are a lot of problems in doing this. UEFI bootable machines must update bios firmware when a new OS disk is booted. This introduces issues that MBR non UEFI machines do not deal with.
