HELP - Imaging tablet Dell Venue 11 Pro 5130 - Windows 10

Thread needs solution

Hi,

Can anyone help please? Having recently upgraded to True Image 2016 I am trying to image a tablet Dell Venue 11 Pro 5130 with Windows 10. I have created the Acronis rescue media with the Windows 10 PE addins as recommended. This was created on a USB formatted with FAT32.

I have turned of secure boot in the Bios also as recomended but an still unable get Acronis to boot on the tablet.

Any help would be appreciated as I do not know what else I can do.

Many thanks David

I think you will find that the Dell Venue 11 Pro 5130 has a 32 bit processor. The WinPE media is only available as 64 bit. There is no way it will boot on a 32 bit tablet. If the Linux recovery media will not boot on the tablet, you are out of luck. TI will not be able to restore the tablet.

You should ask for a refund and try another backup program. I would recommend Macrium Reflect.
