Tom,
Before performing any clone, you should perform a full partition list backup of the source disk. This will give you a backup if something goes wrong with the clone.
Picture 1 below shows full partition list...picture 2 shows short partition list.

Tom, unless you are cloning to a second Seagate hard drive that has already been cloned from the same source Seagate hard drive, then there should be significant differences shown when you are selecting the source and destination drives using the Acronis Clone Wizard.
See the attached screen shots from my system - these were captured from ATIH 2015 but there should be minimal differences to 2016. In the screen shots, I have two Seagate drives with the same physical size, although the actual drive model number is different.
In the first screen shot you will see that the lower portion of the window shows the existing partitions for the selected drive, then in the second screen shot, you can see different partition on the target drive. Hence my recommendation to set clear drive / partition labels from Windows Explorer, as these can be seen in the Clone Wizard screens.
The other point to note is that once the source drive is selected, then the destination selection window no longer offers that same drive as an option, the source drive is now greyed out and is unselectable.
