From the log, I would say that the backup file does not exist.

If you navigate to the customers machine, is there an M: drive?  If so, is there a backup file called E---DT-BU2016OCT26_full_b1_s1_v1.tib in a folder called My Backups on the M: drive?

M:\My Backups\E---DT-BU2016OCT26_full_b1_s1_v1.tib.

If the backup name was manually changed in Windows, the backup files manually moved in Windows, or the M: drive is not connected or Windows assigned a different drive letter, this is the cause of the message.

You want to either put the files back where the backup was pointing to when it was created to they can chug along again.  Othwersise, edit the backup and change the source and destination to point it to the new location.

ALSO, you want to check what settings are on the error handling section in the advanced tab of the backup.  If it's set to the default, it will keep trying over and over and over.  Make it fewer attempts and less frequent.  Then be sure to savee (backup now option) so that the settings commit.  Go back in and make sure they are set after you say backup now with the proper backup location.
