how to identify the active backup?

Thread needs solution

I can see in the my backup list there are 5 backups green checked - means they are completed sucessfully.

There are 14 backups with an white arrow and blue background - means they are queued.

So wich one is the active one?

If I manually select every backup and check the status there is no active, all are queued.

An extra symbol like a rede arrow would be nice to identify the actual active backup.

Hello Gerhard,

As I understand you have 14 backups but there is no active, all are queued?

First of all thank you for your remark, I will leave a comment in our base and I hope in the future version of sowtware the feature (the symbol  like a rede arrow to identify the actual active backup) will be added.

If you want to stop the backup in progresse, you can stop trueimagehomeservice.exe process. It's the processe responsible for backup operation if you stop it - all backups in progress will be deleted.

The possible cause of the issue is scheduled task, which was deleted from the interface, but rest in the memory.

Please, use this kb article to to manage scheduled tasks https://kb.acronis.com/content/1859.

Use the commande get list  to get a list of scheduled tasks and if you find the task which is not present in your console - delete it.

If the issue persist, please contact our support to get this resolved.
