I added cloud to my Acronis 2016 PAID for it August 3, 2016

Thread needs solution

Hello, support is unavailable because I can never get into chat or email. But, could someone tell me what I need to do to get the cloud storage open and usable.? the 2016 app  Acronis 2016 is up to date. I try to log in and it fails.  I check the site and it recognizes I have cloud storage.  However, it is not active and says I must renew and pay 99.00$ !  , it is dated the same day of my purchase.  Any ideas before I send it back to Cleverage for a refund?  Thanks, sorry, I'm irritated because it's always something odd with this Acronis business. Rob, sorry but we cannot help with product activation or licensing type issues here in the user forums, we have no access to any of the Acronis systems that would be involved.
