I am getting always "Backup failed" without any details

Thread needs solution

Since a few days my backup jobs fails everytime, but I see only "Last Backup fails" without any detail error message?

Can anyone help where I can see the details to this error?
I can't change anything if I don't see a "real" error message.

Hi,

Igot similar errors. Sometimes without a message, sometimes with an error message, like I've posted here (ATI 2016 won't backup network volumes ). Previously my backup worked fine, but suddenly it doesn't anymore. It appears since my clould trial license has been expired, but this may be a chance.

But only effects a backup which should archive file from a network mounted file system. The backup of my local drive still works fine.

Chris, Ralph, please download a copy of the Log Viewer App from this forum - you can either install this or use it in a standalone method.  This will allow you to look at the log files that are created for each of your backup tasks and hopefully this will shed further light on why the backups are failing.
