Impossible de télécharger mon fichier

Bonjour,

il y a quelque chose que je ne comprends pas je me retrouve dans l'incapacité de chargé mon fichier que j'ai déposé hier dans le cloud.

 

Cela me dit de patienter quelques minutes ce que je fais et rien ne se lance, est ce normal ?

 

Y a pas la possibilité de chargé son fichier via l'application ? Faut passer obligatoirement sur leur site ?

If I understand your problem (translated via Google Translate) you have created a new Acronis Cloud backup but this does not start?

Please download the Log File Viewer app and use this to look at any messages which have been written to the Service Log files for your backup task.  

If you have a current Acronis Cloud subscription, you can also contact Acronis Support direct for problems with using their Acronis Cloud service.
