Just bought 2016, and support expiry date has already past.

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I have just bought an ATI 2016 upgrade. I have a problem with it (I'll post it as a separate thread). I was trying to get chat support, but the expiry date for my support is showing 27th September 2015, which was actually the day before I upgraded.

Do I not get any support for my upgrade, or is this a bug somewhere?

As I see in your account, you bought Acronis True Image 2016 Upgrade on the 28 of August, so you have 30 days for free technical support, till September 27.
