Just bought and it says registration needs renew

I recently bought Acronis on 16th May 2016 to back up my computer, I successfully backed it up to an external hard drive and again three weeks later it did a scheduled 4th Friday backup.   I missed the June Friday 24th as my computer was having problems and I disconnected the external storage device.

I did start initally to backup to the cloud but this would have taken 100 days so I chose to back up to an external storage device

Now when I click on to the Acronis Icon on my desktop it says "Acronis True Image Cloud" and "Renew Subscription" I cannot see any way to get back to the optional backup to another device.  Why would I need to renew after only one month?

I tried to get my registration number but it said Ken Terry of ken.terry@bigpond is not known please check your name and email.    Unfortunately I cannot find anyting in my emails that give the registration number.

All I have is a box that says  Acronis your account has been confirmed, you can now use the product and contact tchnical support if needed. Thank you for confirming your account.

Would you kindly assist me by emailing or somehow providing a link to allow me to backup to an external storage device and give me my serial number.

I do have a Cleverbridge reference number 91772604 is this any help.

Where do I use this number?
