Kill All Acronis Processes and Services

Thread needs solution

Is there a way to kill all Acronis processes and services?  Is there a list of all Acronis processes and services?

If I try to use Windows Task Manager, I am told that access is denied.  If I use Process Explorer, some of the processes (like schedule2.exe) go away for a few seconds and then come right back.  In addition, not all Acronis processes are clearly identified (in the Description column of Process Explorer).

I hope to get a list of all Acronis processes so that I can create an administrator batch file and kill everything when I need to.  I would be most grateful for any help.
