Lenovo E560 Laptop
I have Made the Acronis Bootable Media On CD on USB Also With Windows PE.
When Booting NON WIndows PE the first screen comes up I choose Acronis 2016.
It flashes and goes Black. Then Nothing its in Limbo.
Windows PE Does not See the network But Boots. This is Useless.

Yeah Im not doing all that for Windows PE to work. Thats Exactly why I did not use it in the first place.
Acronis needs to Fix the Issue.

When using WinPE, you can minimize the Acronis application window and use the command prompt in the background to verify network access (ipconfig /all, or ping other nework resources, use netuse commands, etc to vefify that you have network connectivity and a valid IP address). As long as you have network connectivity, you're good to go.
Netuse will defintely work, but is an extra step. I have simply typed in the path of the share manually and then it prompts for credentails and things work as expected (usually).
Example:
\\mypc\pc_share\ <enter> or \\192.168.1.1\pc_share\ <enter> (change the IP or computer name to the actual name or IP)
Hopefully you'll get prompted for credentails. At the credentials, you would still need to supply domain/username. In a workgroup or SMB device, you would use the device name\username that the share is hosted on:
Example:
mypc\username (be sure to change "mypc" for the actual device name and supply a username that has an account for the share on that device).

Mike, what ADK do you have installed when creating the WinPE? If not using the latest 6.0ADK, Windows 10, I would remove the existing ADK and manually download from Microsoft and install and then recreate WinPE. It will most likely have the necessary drivers. You an use the Win 6.0ADK on a Win 7/8/8.1 or 10 system and will give you the most current Windows default driver compatibiltiy possible. If that still doesn't work, you'll need to use Microsoft DISM commands to inject drivers or a third party tool like DISMGUI. Before trying that, make sure you're using the Windows 10 (6.0) ADK and you'll probably be good to go - don't use the one linked in the Acrons PE builder - get it directly from Microsoft...
