License Notification Error

Thread needs solution

My husband and I bought 4 licenses for Acronis 2016.  We have been using 2014 for a few years and thought that it was time to upgrade.  I'm really disappointed in logging being removed from the application, but I set up e-mail notification with only a few hitches.

We're using 2 of the 4 licenses right now.  Machine 1 has no problems.  However, on machine 2 everytime it comes out of sleep, hibernation, or is booted up gives a notification in the system tray about there being a problem with the license.  Both machines ran Acronis and backed up beautifully last night.

How do I get rid of this annoying notification?

Could you copy the message in the notification here so that I can see the license problem.

It simply says--Acronis True Image, Too Many Activations.  The screenshot is located here:  http://bit.ly/1nq8JvI

Could someone tell me, please, how to kill it.  It's very annoying.

Not helpful.  Take a look at my original post.  I have 4 current licenses.  Two are in use.

please contact our support using this form http://www.acronis.com/support/contact-us.html (select "customer care - product activation issues") and share the licenses which are used on your machines. Support will be able to check which machines the licenses activated on now and provide you with a solution.
