Log in Problem!

Thread needs solution

I just purchased the "True Image 2016" form the web.  Certainly, I have to create an account.  I can use this account to log-in and check my account without any problem on the web page.  However, I cannot use the same account to log-in to the software as a "pop-up" message appear every time when I start the software. A message saying "error happened during log-in, please try again later".

Tried many time but failed.  Am I supposed to create another account just to log-in on the software?  Tried to do so but another message saying that this account is already existed.  How can I solve it or alternatively, can I do any setting to stop this "pop up" message not to appear as this is quite annoying!

Acronis technical support should be able to get your login sorted out.  Start a chat with them and they'll take it from there.  Otherwise, ignore the login and skip past it at the pop up.  Then go to the account tab and see if you can click on the option to sign in from there.
