making rescue disk
Thread needs solution
I have been an acronis user since using 2010. With 2016 I could not make a rescue disk resulting in errors (do not remember the erros). finally got to chat with techs and thye too could not do so after taking over my computer. the finally had to use the second choice and made a rescue file and saved it to my desktop. From thre we burned it to cd. that worked. Let me know if I can help.
