Max. activations reached Acronis True Image 2019

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I bought a new PC and want to transfer my activation from the old win10 to the new win11 machine.

I cannot login to Acronis Cloud on the new machine. Is there a way to deactivate the license on the old win10 machine?

Already contacted support but problem is still there after following sugested steps...
