More pop up ads

Thread needs solution

Does anyone there listen at all?  There have been plenty of complaints here about Acronis pushing popup ads on a PAID product... really, it boggles the mind that anyone would even need to be told that popup ads are not acceptable in paid software, but Acronis clearly has not gotten the message, so we've told them.

What do they do?  Push more popup ads, completely ignoring their customers as usual. No way to turn them off, of course.

We still have the stupid cloud sign in that no one wants (and that can't be turned off).  We still get popup ads in a product we paid for.

If anyone out there is looking for an example of how not to treat your customers... here it is.

Hello, while I am sure that there are lots of people in these forums who will agree with your complaint about seeing pop-up advertisements in our paid products, you also need to remember that this is a User Forum which does not guarantee that your concern will be seen by those at Acronis who need to receive it.

I would recommend expressing your concerns via the Feedback tool (found in the Help menu) which does go directly to the Acronis sales and development teams, though as I am sure you already realise, there is still no guarantee that you will receive a direct response, though if enough users tell them the same, there is more chance that notice will be taken.

Hello all,

Thank you for your feedback! Our development team is working on implementing the possibility to configure or hide in-app notifications.
