Mount image or explore image

Thread needs solution

I never had any trouble exploring older images with prior versions of True Image (2010,2014, etc.) but I cannot figure how to do this. I enen mounted a few images just for pracitce with the older versins. I want to make sure that I am not throwing out something that I'd like to keep before deleting my last XP image. I need to explore this image. Help would be appreciated. Thanks

Douglas,

ATI 2016 changed how to mount images.  Following is from the user manual:

How to mount an image
1. In Windows Explorer, right-click the image file that you want to mount, and then click Mount image.
The Mount wizard opens.
2. Select the backup for mounting by its creation date/time. Thus, you can explore the data state at a certain moment.

You should also be able to explore simply by double clickng  the TIB backup file--assuming that TI is still installed and then exlpore down the directory tree of the backup file.
