My Acronis Cloud files have been deleted... what!

Thread needs solution

Recently received an e-mail saying my Acronis Cloud backup files have been deleted. What is going on? I began a trial version in July 2016. In September 2016 my Acronis True Image 2016 account was activated. I had help with activating this account, an Acronis Support service representative gave me assistance with the activation. This was done on September 6, 2016. On Sept. 29th I got a message via e-mail that the backup files were deleted. What! Isn't the original Cloud backup for my files a part of the the account that I signed up for?

I would recommend contacting Acronis Support for this issue as we have no means of validating your Acronis Cloud account / subscription from these user forums.  The behaviour you describe are correct for when an Acronis Cloud subscription or trial period expires and is not renewed, but if you have an active subscription then Acronis would need to advise you if your backup files can be restored on their systems.
