My New ATI 2016 upgrade won't accept serial numbers from my old version.

Thread needs solution

In the past I purchased:

Acronis True Image 10 Home (English) and 

Acronis True Image Home 2011 Upgrade (English).

I recently purchased and installed an Acronis True Image 2016 Upgrade, but am unable to activate it using the serial number from either of my previous versions.  I get error messages stating that "the serial number is incorrect."

How can I activate Acronis True Image 2016?

Thank you for your posting! Please specifiy first the full license key of Acronis True Image 10 Home and next the full upgrade-key of Acronis True Image 2016, this should work. If the issue persists could you please provide me in PM with the screenshots on how you specify the both keys and the error message.

I'm having the same issue, but I  only have one serial number.  I assume that's the same as the product key.  I don't have a separate upgrade key, and I don't have the product key of a previous version does not work.  So, I can't activate the product.
