Does anyone know what Acronis mean with "improved keyboard support"?

I cannot use the left/right arrow to navigate through folders when selecting files, the way i can in Windows Explorer or Directory Opus. I cannot use the Backspace or Shift+Backspace to navigate through folders either. For me this is very *basic* commands i miss, hence the question. It would be interseting to know what they mean. Improved keyboard support for iPhone?

I believe the improved keyboard support relates to issues that were present with the bootable recovery media and some portable devices namely notebooks.

Please pin this thread anyone.
