New backup fails after completion
Twice I have tried to create a full incremental backup with ATI 2016 under Win10. Both times it came up with an error message (Failed to open data stream) after the backup appeared to have completed. As suggested, after the first failure I deleted the backup task and then recreated it. After running for several hours and creating another 83GB backup file, the same error message appeared.
I have been using ATIH for years and never had any problems. Of course, all previous backups were under Win7. I bought this version of ATIH specificly because it was supposed to be "Win10 certified". Well it appears that it does not work, and now I have no way to back up all of my files. Can this problem be fixed, or do I have to abandon ATIH after all these years?

If your bacvkup is to a network storage device, it may have its own clock which needs setting separately from your computer.

Nope, backup is to a hard disk drive connected to my computer.

D K,
I am understanding this disk is an internal disk. Inside True Image, RIGHT click on the task name.
Click the "OPEN LOCATION" option and confirm that the time shown in correct when viewing the file inside Windows Explorer.
We trying to establish whether it is the actual time on the file that is wrong.

In the properties of the file in windows explorer it shows created 08 November 2015, 15:28:01. while in ATI it shows last backup 01-01-1970 5:30.

I continue to have the problem of the incremental backup not taking place. Has a solution been found?
