[NO ACTION NEEDED] Acronis will not recognize available update

ATIH 2016 b5634

Hi I have encountered a strange issue:

On a same broadcast domain I have 3 computers. 2 of them annnounced and updatedsuccessfully to b6023 but one of them is "checking for updates" and not see there is a new release available.

 

Anyone else have seen this yet? Because I this is such a rare issue, I am yet cautious to mark it as qualified bug, as all other computers with ATIH show no issues.

If so, do you have a firewall enabled on this machine?

it is hard to tell since b5634 we haven't had that much new updates. I will keep an eye on it if there will be patch later b6027. Otherwise we might close this case, as I don't know if you have planned updates for ATIH 2016 in the pipe.

Karl, did you manage to finally update (to 6027) the one machine that was having this problem?

There may be an update planned some time in the future, so if the issue reoccurs just let me know :)

Yes Dmitry, I the machine updated to 6027 at a later date as expected. Perhaps it was just a minor service problem with the server, who knows.

I think we can close this for now and if this comes back more reproducibly I will reopen it.
