No authentication pop up when recover image from network share

Hello having an issue with recovering a image that resides on a network share on a server.
The issue i am having is that when i connect from the Acronis recover environment i want to browse to the network share and i don't get an authentication pop up.
Recently we hardened all our server via de CIS security policies but even when unlinking the server from that policy i don't get an authentication pop up anymore.
Work around is that we copy the image to a harddisk but for some images this can be very time consuming.
Already changed the settings from this topic but this doesnt help either, https://kb.acronis.com/content/1551.
Anybody knows how to troubleshoot why i dont get a authentication pop up to the network share where the images are.
The setup is that i connect from a workgroup to a domain server from the acronis environment via ip address \\10.0.0.1\Images\
