No disk mounting function??? How do I get a refund

Thread needs solution

The main reason for me using this tool is to clone disks. Cloning does not work with Windows 10, and backup mounting does not work either - nowhere such a function... (Windows 7 - 64-bit, fresh vanilla installation).

And ZERO support? what a frigging joke...

Where do I get my refund or a working version that has the functionality that was sold to me.

Hi
Thomas,

A refund request begins with you contacting support and submit your request.

Direct Suppport via Acronis for the first 30 days begins by you contacting support via email or via LiveChat.
It all begins in upper right corner of this webpage by contacting support.
You do need to have registered your 2016 serial number to qualify for support.

Instead of mounting, to look inside your tib backup file, either double click on the tib file and work the directory tree to the wherever you want to go inside the backup;
or right click on a tib file and choose open and that should take you inside the file.

Help on the forum mostly comes from community volunteers--such as myself or others.

Updating to build 5620 may solve the problem for you?
