Non riesco ad aprire il programma

buongiorno. Acronis 2016 aggiornato. windows 10. il programma funziona correttamente e mi fa i backup. ma non riesco più ad accedere al pannello di controllo del software... Non me lo apre ma non mi da nessun errore.

cosa posso provare?

Hello Danilo, can you confirm which Control Panel you are not able to access here?

Do you mean the Acronis 2016 main program window or the Windows 10 Control Panel?
If it is the Windows 10 Control Panel, then press the Windows key and type Control and you will be shown a list of relevant hits for this, one of which is the Control Panel Desktop App - see screen shot.

If you cannot see the Acronis 2016 main program window, then please ensure that you have the Acronis Scheduler2 Service running - press Windows and type Services.msc then look for the service in the list.
