Operation has failed
For the last 4 days now, windows 7 taskbar notifications shows red, "Operation has failed." I open up the app, and it shows my daily backup completed, and there is a new file on my backup drive. How do you fix this???

I recently had this error. I tried running the backup again, nothing happened. I closed ATIH and reopened and got the "database not found" message. Arghhh. Luckily, the fix is easy, but it is becoming a bit annoying as this has happened a few times now. I went to C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\ and renamed the "database" folder to "database.old". I could not originally rename the folder because Acronis had it locked so I went to computer management and stopped the 4 acronis services first. Then it let me rename. After renaming, I started the services again (I'm actually going to leave nonstop backup service disabled as I don't use it) and when I launched Acronis, it recreated the database on its own and the previous "operation failed" message was no longer there and all of my existing backups have now run successfully.
