Perpetual Upgrades?
I bought True Image Home 2009 and received free upgrades through 2013.
Did they change the policy at some point or is there some place to keep getting upgrades?

They say that there is an upgrade path for those with an earlier version (me), but when I click the "Get your free upgrade here" link the form presented only accepts serials from 2015.
I went through these pages and ended up here asking this question as they appear to say I can get a free upgrade, and I was always able to in the past, but now none of the paths offered appear to work for someone with an older version.

You are eligible for free upgrade to Acronis True Image 2016 if you purchased/activated the English, German, French, Russian, Polish, Czech version of Acronis True Image 2015 between July 9, 2015 and August 17, 2015.

You can upgrade to any version listed below
Acronis True Image 2016 Upgrade (1, 3 or 5 computers)
Acronis True Image Cloud Upgrade (1, 3 or 5 computers)
How can I purchase an upgrade?
Navigate to Acronis True Image 2016 Upgrade Page[http://www.acronis.com/en-us/personal/upgrade-backup/].
Select upgrade for 1 computer or upgrade for 3/5 computers.
Purchase your upgrade(s).
So, I think you may have to purchase an upgrade not free.
