Did you upgrade, remove the program and reinstall - what changed?  When starting "fresh" backups should get scanned automatically and added, but this has been hit or miss.  if you want to add them back to the console, use the drop down arrow \/ to rhe right of the "+ add backup" menu at the bottom.  See attached screenshot.  If these are just backups waiting to be recovered from, there's nothign else to do.  If you want to continue adding backups to them, you'd have to configure the source and destination again, set a schedule, etc. and then click the "backup now" button (or the dropdown next to it to run it later) which triggers the save of the updated task for that backup.

I did no updates or reinstall it was fine the day before.  Also I did that add backups and it did not add them to the console.  I am in Windows 10 that just did a major update to virgin 1607.

David, if your computer has just upgraded to the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, then other users have also reported issues that the Acronis program has not been ported across correctly from the Windows.OLD folders.

I would suggest doing a reinstall of ATIH 2016 - just run the installer over the top of what you have already got and let it pick up your existing backups and correct any program problems the Windows upgrade may have caused.

Note: You may also need to go back into your backup tasks and reselect both the Source and Destination items for your backup tasks, as the upgrade can also causes changes to the partitions that Acronis considers them to be different than the ones you originally selected.

Thanks for the feedback David, glad to hear the problem is resolved.
