In June this year i bought a version of acronis 2016 home from a reseller of ebay.

Four weeks later i changend my pc two times. now i get the information to many licenes are activeted. i tried to copy the license from the first to the last pc, but this will not work for me.

My main problem is, that the check of the acronis licens give me the feedback of that it isn't registered to me and that the key seems to be registered to an another account.

So i tried to get the email about the serial.

I get the Massage that the email was sent, but i dont receive any massage on any of my email account.

How can i restore the my key and make them work.
