My product Key worked on the website but it is greyed out on the activation window.

The product key came with a SSD drive I purchased from New Egg. Vertex 460. I am using windows 7. Looks like it pulled in the 2014 version of True Image. Any way to fix this?

I have seen similar deals offering ATI with a drive on Newegg but I have never seen them offering the latest version. You should read the Newegg order carefully to verify which version you are supposed to have.
