Reinstalled upgraded version. Now serials don't work.

Thread needs solution

I purchased True Image 2016 cloud using a discount from True Image 2013.

I had to reinstall True Image 2016 Cloud.  It's asking me to activate it again and enter the 2 serials.

Serial for 2016:  I put in the new serial for 2016

Second serial:     I put in the serial from 2013

I get a message saying the second serial is not 2016 and therefore I need to renew my subscription.  Now, it won't take my account login and password.

I suspect my account is messed up and needs to be reset somehow.  Using another machine, I can get to the cloud backups of the other PCs.  But I can't do a backup or even log into my main.

Any suggestions?
