Restore with one .tib file missing?

Thread needs solution

Hi! I have a backup splitted into 56 .tib files and one file number 27 appeared to be broken. Is it possible to restore data from all other .tib files excluding no.27?

It restored data from files 28-56 but all extensions of all files are with added random symbols. Why is it so? Why can't it restore data with normal file names?

It is very unlikely you can restore. You can try to copy/paste files from Windows explorer opening the TIB files, if it works. Or do select files restore using Acronis. With a very high chance, this will fail though. Just setting low expectations.

If there's no tool to fix broken archive or at least to skip broken tib files, then using such a software is a great foolishness. It's dangerous to rely on it.
