Restore to similar CPU, not booting

Thread needs solution

Hi I have used Acronis True Image 2016 to make a disk image backup.
I try to restore this disk image backup to another CPU which is the same model with same hardware component.
Both backup source disk CPU and restore location CPU are purchased at the same time, HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF.

After successful restore operation, the CPU tried to boot from hard disk, but skip later to next boot order, without error.
I manage to capture recovery log and system report.

What is the possible cause for this?

How do you do the restore on the other computer? Do you start from Windows or do you boot the computer on the Acronis recovery medium?

Also, are you positive that you have included ALL partitions in the backup?

I boot the computer with acronis recovery media, recover the whole disk and partitions.
And I am positive I have included all partitions in the backup.

Is there any other possible cause?

Update:

I tried these steps below and magically it works:
- I used the old True Image 2012 recovery media to boot the CPU.
- Restore the same backup disk image created from True Image 2016 recovery media.
- CPU is bootable, with working partitions.

I can't believe it, why the old version works while the latest version fail?
