Hello,

but we SSD under Windows 10 recognized and has also been formatted.
Who can help me ??
Thank you in advance.

Hello Uwe, I believe that you will need to create Windows PE Rescue media that include the device drivers for your Samsung 850Pro SSD drive as the standard Linux based rescue media does not recognise this type of drive.

You may also wish to raise your question in the German speaking forum if you would be more comfortable getting help directly in your native language;

Hmm, that is a bit strange.  Any hard drive using standard SATA shoud automatically be picked up in even the default Linux bootable Acronis media.  We pretty much only use the 850 Evo's at work now and have had no issues detecting them on any system - especially if they have already been initialized in Windows.

Hopefully the WinPE fairs better, but I have a feeling it may not in this case.  There was another recent post in the Snap Deploy forum with the exact same disk not being recognized.  Turns out, even brand new, it had a ton of disk errors reported by "chkdsk /f /r".  After repairing those, it was then accessible with the default bootable media.

Hello, Uwe.

Is the SSD also missing if you open Tools & Utilities -> Add New Disk (Extras und Werkzeuge -> Neues Laufwerk hinzufügen)?

Could you perhaps create a System Report in Bootable Media, while the SSD is attached to the machine? This article has a ste-by-step description.
