Scheduled backup unable to start while computer locked?

Thread needs solution

I've been running TI2016 on Windows 10 for a few months now and have a backup scheduled to run every Monday night set to shutdown the system once completed.  It had been running on schedule without issue.  Except for the past two weeks, come Tuesday morning, the system is still powered on and the backup hadn't started.  Upon unlocking the system with my password, the backup starts and the system shuts down once complete.  About two weeks ago, I had set my system to automatically lock after 10 minutes.  Can TI2016 not start a scheduled backup while the computer is locked?  Perhaps there's something simple I'm missing?

Hello, APeX3181.

No, locking the computer is not supposed to prevent True Image from starting a scheduled backup. Besides automatically locking, do you have your machine configured to sleep/hibernate automatically as well?

May I ask you to gather Acronis Scheduler logs? Here are the instructions on how to do that (follow steps 1-5). Also could you create a System Report after that? If you are willing to do that I'll message you instructions on how to upload those files.
