Scheduled Task doesn`t start
Hi everyone,
I have Acronis 2016 TI and Win7x64.
My scheduled tasks won´t start. If I want to start them manually and click on the green "Backup Now" Button, nothing happens.
If I reinstall Acronis, the same mistake appears after a few days.
I can see my external HDD correctly in the Acronis window.
Thanks in advance

Stephan,
This might help: http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ATI2016/index.html#7…

Thanks for your response,
I thought it was somewhere else
The "wake up from sleep", and "prevent from goning to sleep" are checked.

Try to recreate the task from scratch and see if that helps. Often, if changes to a task have been made the task will no longer function as intended.

Creating a new task works and the backup works, too.
But I have done this a few times before and I don`t want to make a new task every 2 or 3 weeks.

If you have older tasks showing in the backup list that you no longer use you can delete those tasks from the list. This might help as you would be essentially cleaning up the task list. You have the option of whether to retain the actual backup file associated with the task or not. Deleting the backup box from the task list only will retain the backup file but remove the task from the list.

Stephen,
One of the most frequent causes of a task becoming a problem is thst the user makes changes to the task via the edit mode.
Make no changes to the task and it should work. If changes needed, a new task is a better choice with a new/different task name and pointing to a new storage folder.

Thanks for your tipps, but I create a task and don`t do any changes after.
