Server issues, again and can't delete backup plans

Thread needs solution

Once again my True Image Cloud 2016 [version 5634] is having problems talking to the server(s). Orange circles around several backup plans, 3 of them saying the server returned an error - which is error (not helpful) - and the url links to nothing at the website, while one other plan says there was a problem with the certificate (failed to renew).

This happens maybe weekly, maybe for couple days in a row, really poor, unstable performance that comes and goes.

I use VPNs and a host of other tools when I work from home, and there are no issues. Since this works much of the time but not all, I think that points towards Acronis servers, etc. But, let me ask, do you have problems with Comcast ? Is 150 Mbps Down and 10+ Mbps Up okay ?

There are a few ghost backup plans that won't go away, I delete them, they come off the list for a day or two or three, then they reappear, and one will even try to run, and fail, fail, fail ! (see attachment) Tonight deleting one said it failed because there was a certificate error. Sometimes it will even show a backup plan I never created called My_Partitions. Reboot and the list changes. Wonderful.

The online dashboard shows 8 backup plans, which I've only created 6, and tried repeatedly to trim it to 4, but stuff lingers and can't really be deleted. I can't modify anything there really, just run the backup plan. Apparently I'm locked out of modifying anything there, even though I'm logged in, etc.

It's a bit scary that I'm trusting ~1.5 TB of data to this flaky program/service.

PC = Dell XPS 8700, Windows 10, always fully updated, Gen4 I-7 3.40 GHz CPU, 32 GB DDR-3 RAM, 3 TB disk space (C: is 1 TB SSD)
