Software Activation

Thread needs solution

Hi Everybody, could someone help me to properly register the above version ATI which i purchased yesterday on line.

My account page in the software on my pc indicates that my product activation failed, please try later. Days remaining 30. The days remaining hasn't reduced to 29 either - as i did buy it yesterday. My account on line seems to have registered my serial number ok and my account is active.

The question is why doesn't the software show that my product is activated?.

Can anyone help on this please.?

John Spain, do you have a firewall software installed on your PC? I am guessing that you are having a firewall issue. If not try to activate the software offline if you haven't try that.

Not sure if the problem was a Firewall issue but your second suggestion was good. I tried the off line activation and it was successful. So now problem solved, many thanks for the help.
