(Solved) TrueImageMonitor problem
Hi,
On one of my PC, each time at booting I have a popup which say that this program has stopped, and ask me to close it.
I have made the last update (5518) but the problem is still here.
What can I do ? Go and launch it in compatibility mode ? I gess not...
This PC is installed with Win 10 up to date.
The other on Win 8.1 doesn't have the problem

Hi Colin,
No, I'm on the official Win 10 Pro, not the technical preview or the 10240 RTM.
And all the updates are made.

@Laurent, build 10240 is the official current Windows 10 release. There is no RTM.

Actually 10525 is the current release to the insider preview installed versions if you opted to remain in the insider program. If you chose to upgrade a current Win 7 or 8 install and thus not remain in the insider program then I believe 10240 is the latest build.

Ok gentlemen,
Who has an idea on my problem, instead of arguing about the different Win versions ?
I know these, and when you made the "official" upgrade, the version is not yet visible.
I'm not more on insider prgram with this PC, then I try to explain I have a "normal" Win 10 Pro 64 bits installed.

Does the popup give you any options such as OK or Close? What do you do to get rid of the popup? Is this an error message or a notification or can you tell?

Excuse me for pointing out semantics Laurent. Mea culpa.
If your issue comes up every time you launch Windows 10 you should be able to find something about it in the eventlog. I would suggest you post your Acronis Sytem Report here, which also includes the event log files of Windows. Hopefully Acronis can find the cause for your problem. On the other hand it seems to be a specific issue. Meanwhile I am running ATIH 2016 on 9 computers and Windows 10 without facing this issue. Most of them got even upgraded from previous Windows and Acronis versions.

Hi everyone,
To respond to Enchantech, I clicked on the cross on the right upper side of the window to close it.
Problem is muting ? I haven't done anything except Win 10 regular updates if needed by OS.
Since this morning, no more popup. But if I look in the task monitor, TrueImageMonitor is not launched.
And I have an error in event observer, as Karl suggested. It could be seen in applog.evt.
Hope someone can explain this.

Hi again,
Nobody can help ?
I give the requested file, and even after updating to 5586, problem is still here !
Not so important, but why this ?
App is always faulty in event manager...

Laurent,
1. Have you tried running a repair install of TI 2016?
2. Check in Windows services and make sure that TI Monitor is set to automatic, you could also try setting it to delayed start.
Otherwise, I would be inclined to uninstall TI, shutdown and then restart the PC and then reinstall 2016 and see if the problem stays the same.

Thanks for replying,
Since last version (5634), problem is solved.
ATIH upgrade or Win 10 update, don't know but it's ok now
