Synchronization fails constantly / Android can't even connect

Hi!

After having this discussed with support (Chat) up and down, only to see it fail again (!), does anyone experience problems with the Synchronization? It fails constantly for me and Android can't even connect to perform a backup!

Backups do work fine on PC (not on Android obviously), sync does fail. If I open the online Dashboard, everything is extremly slow and sometimes, neither my backups nor my sync even show up. If I refresh the page, they re-appear (in general).

This is really a pain, as I expect this to work! I NEED to rely on a sync solution, otherwise it is completly worthless and just a waste of time and energy!

Unfortunately, you will need to continue to work with Acronis Support on this issue as we have no access to the Acronis systems / servers involved in either Cloud or Synchronisation.
